...Om is what you choose it to be, your connection to the innermost part of you that connects you to everything else.
Start with 3 days and commit to chanting Om every day. Do your best to chant at the same time, in the same spot. Before chanting take a few minutes to sit tall, elongate the spine, and breathe deeply. Ground yourself in the practice. Inhale deeply, and chant Om out loud 3 times. For the purpose of this challenge, your pitch and the length of your Om do not matter. After chanting sit for another few minutes, focusing on your breath, and release any thoughts that may come up. Simply take note of how you feel without judgment or opinion.
