Ballet Workout
Here are how to do some of the steps that Robbie mentioned in her interview.
Plié
A plié is a bend of the knees while the torso is held upright with the toes pointed outward. The action relies on varying degrees of hip and knee flexion. The movement, similar to a squat, will work the inner thighs, quadriceps, hamstrings and gluteus maximus.

Fondu on Relevé
This is actually two movements. Fondu is French for "melted," and involves balancing on one foot while bending and extending the other outward. Relevé is the rise or sprint onto the toes of the balancing foot. These movements work hamstrings, inner thighs, quadriceps and core.

Tendu
This is a stretching movement, where the foot glides across the floor and moves from a flat foot to a pointed foot. The tendu works all of the muscles in the foot and ankle, as well as quadriceps, hamstrings and inner thigh.
